Yo From Ty Neal, I hope you are doing great on today. Now I must Apologize because I really have not been adding a lot of content onto my blog and there a few tabs that I have not finish up on yet. I have launch a MLM training blog for marketers that’s inside the mlm niche and I have been putting all my focus there lately. Now let’s start this off right, The fear of loss is greater than the desire for gain. Be sure to establish in your prospect mind the fact that he’s safe with you. Many prospect have been scam,screw over so they have a guard up when talking to us marketers that really trying to help them so it’s very important that you build up in the prospect mind that they are safe with you and that you really want to help them and you will help them, but you also want to establish that if he does not buy from you that he will lose the benefit of whatever your product has to offer. The way to do this is simple for example you are selling
online coaching services and your talking to your prospect and they are thinking about buying from you but there’s an objection that they have, they think they will be losing if they purchase your services. How will you get the sale? The fear of loss is very important in this stage. First be sure to find out what your prospect really want for example let’s say they want to take more vacation.

Then it’s your job to help them get there, you say to prospect : well Steve I understand you want to take more vacation but let me ask you a question how do you really plan on doing that? Steve: well I plan to work hard at my job and build my online business part time, you: that’s great Steve but let me ask you a question wouldn’t you agree that if you had someone taking you by the hand showing you how to build an online business that you will be able to get what you want a lot faster? Steve: well yea but hire a coach can be expensive, You: No Steve not hiring a coach will cost you a lifetime of not taking your family on a vacation, just think about the pain your family will have by not going on special trip like Disney world and etc? let me ask you this would you rather pay a one time invest now! and take as many vacation as you please or not invest and live a life of upset and disappointment?

Why Being Focus Is Critical To Your Success!

If you are going to win as an entrepreneur and as a person who really want success in there business, then there’s one thing that you must master and that thing is Focus. Many business owners lack in this area because they do not know how to focus. Many times they want to make money online so bad that they will buy any business or system that promise them mega bucks with zero work. I have been building an online business for over 3yrs now and I have seen a lot of people who never was focus and find themselves falling off the rooftop of success. Focus is key I often say this, you can learn all the make money systems and watch the secret for 45,291 times but if you have not master the art of focus then you are playing yourself.

Look at the blue or green colors and watch how the circles move. Now ask
yourself are these circles really moving? That answer is no it just an illusion. The same way you think the above circles are moving that’s the same way you think when you start a new business or try other things. You make think it going to make you money or be the answer to your prayer but in reality it’s just an illusion. The answer to your challenges is to remain focus period. Let me show you how powerful focus is.

Focus is your answer that you are looking for, it not in some guru,some system or money making systems it’s your focus. Focus on the black dots and everything else will stop moving.

Now I got a lot of feedback when I laid out part one the other day, Now
today I will go even more deeper on how to really make a killing in
your online business. Success in your online business comes down to you
doing two things. Yes! I only said two things and those two things are
Knowing how to market and being able to close sales. If you are going
to make any money online then you first must know how to market over
the internet, Marketing is key when building your online business. If
you do not know how to market then how do you expect people to be able
to find you? There are people out there on the internet right now
searching for your product or service and because you suck at marketing
they never find you or someone who’s a better marketer position
themselves as the expert and still your potential customer.

Marketing Like A Pro

If your new to online marketing then I highly recommend that you learn
how to do PPC which stands for Pay Per Click. PPC is where you put your
ads out on sources like facebook,google and etc and you only pay when
someone click on your ads. PPC is the fastest way to start generate
some fash cash if you know how to words yours ads so that people will
buy and have a good sales page. As an online marketers I often here
people say the best marketing method is free like SEO and ETC, If you
ask me I think that is a bunch of bull crap. SEO is great but if you
are a person who need results like right now! then PPC will always be
the better option. Many people say PPC is a fast way to lose all your
money which is wrong, If you do not know what you are doing then yes
you can lose a lot of money with PPC but you can always go to youtube
and learn PPC just type on Learn PPC and you will get a ton of good
results. If you really going to crush it in this new year then you
going to have to stand up and start learning how to market like
professional marketer and stop playing around in your business. If you
are not making any money in your business it is due because you are
playing around and you have not got serious yet. WAKE UP! and put on
your serious face and learn PPC and become an expert in that field.

Now that you know how to market what are you going to do when those
leads get to your sales page? having the ability to close sales via
your sales pages is great it comes from having good copy writing skills.
When a lead comes to your sales pages and they scroll down and push

any of your time to close that lead. If you are an online marketer then

because if you don’t learn it then you will fall by the waste side and

When I first got started in online marketing I use facebook to market my business and I made a lot of sales and build my list. Then everyone started to do what I was doing on facebook and it was getting less effective so I move on to making youtube videos. Youtube was a big success I was getting calls everyday my phone was ringing out the hook many people was calling me to help them build there business. If you are to crush it in this new year then you first must have a plan on how you are going to market your product online. There are many ways you can market your product online. you can use facebook,twitter,ppc and so much more. What ever marketing road you go to be sure to master that
technique so good before you decide to move on to another method. Marketing is key to your success online, if you want fast results then I say learn PPC if you want slow results then learn SEO but both of these method will work and you will be able to sell a lot of your products.

First off Happy New Year, I know I have not wrote a blog post lately I been really sitting back and mapping out my game plan to help you and many other have success in this new year. This year 2012 will be a breakthrough year for a lot of people and it will also be a sad year for many people as well, The choice is yours. In this blog post I will lay out a few golden nuggets that will assist you in having your best year ever, So Let’s begin…

Step One: Got To believe

Now if you ever going to achieve anything you do in life the first step is you must first believe you can do it. The same goes for if you are going to make 2012 your best year ever, you got first believe that you will make this year your best year ever. your belief is the core component in making anything happen in your life. When I sat down in December of last year. I made up in my mind that no matter what comes my way I will help people accomplish there goals and help them build a successful business, Many times I got discourage because when I decide
to become Mentor many network marketers said I must lost my mind by leaving the MLM niche to enter into another niche, but I did not let that hold me back. When you decide to make the choice to make this year your best year ever you will have people come to you and try to discourage you but you can not let them win.

Step Two: Have A Plan

Now belief without action it just plan stupidity, Now that you have the belief now it time to put a plan together so that you can make this year your best year ever. No one is going to do it for you, you must be the one that put will put the plan together for your success. Success without a plan doesn’t happen and many people make me laugh because they say they want success but they never have a plan to help them reach success. Get Up And Let’s Get Moving!!!!

First I would like to say Happy Thanksgiving To All My U.S Readers, I hope you all had an awesome day with your friends and family. My Family and I travel all over Charlotte Going to different family houses to spend time with them and fellowship. Now that Thanksgiving is out of the way we are counting down to 2012, we are in the last quarter of the game and we got end this quarter with a BANG! If your looking to have success in this up coming new year then there’s a few things you have to have in place in order to reach the level of success you are looking to attain.

Now The Time To Take Massive Action!

Now I must admit this year I did not give it my very best, I did not work as hard and nothing is wrong with that I tell you that for you do not feel bad if you feel like it to late. it never to late to crank things into 5th gear and take off, but I do tell you this don’t worry about cranking things into 5th gear instead shift it into 1st gear slow down. The reason why I say that is because last year in December I took the whole month of December off, I did not do any work I was getting
ready for the birth of my twins and my wife need me more then ever so I really could not be in front of the computer working. When I took that whole month off I step into January on Fire! I was ready to do whatever I had to do in order to reach my goals.

I tell you this, just relax you do not have to take a whole month off but just relax and study, December should be the month where you spend time with your family and you learn as much as possible for you can enter this new year with a bang!. I will not be taking the whole month off like I did last year instead I will be working on my mastermind coaching program. This is a program that will be teaching Business owners how to fully take control over there life in this upcoming new year. I’m looking to take a few people with me and help them make at lease $10k per month in this new year. I stood back and seen how people are being screw by following guru after guru and it not right so this
